Leslie Kriewaldt grew up being one of those kids who could never sit still - and still can’t - and now loves to help keep people moving through group fitness. Her work out mantra, “As long as you’re moving, you’re burning fat and building muscle!” applies to everyone and she strives to include modifications and options to challenge people of all fitness levels. Teaching classes that focus on strength, muscle tone and balance are particular favorites of hers. She has been teaching group fitness classes since 1998 and has earned Primary AFAA certification, as well as AFAA certification in step aerobics. She is also certified in Les Mills BodyPump, GRIT and BodyFlow classes.
