The Body Space proudly presents Mini-Movement -- our Kids Yoga Summer Camp! Open to children between the ages of 7 - 12, we invite all to be a part of this fun exciting workshop where they’ll learn new things, build character and build on values such as confidence, gratitude, and healthy living.
Kids will participate in a craft, a yoga session, meditation session, pranayama session, and a team building activity -- all here at the studio! They’ll also learn to represent themselves as calm, understanding and mindful individuals -- fuelling their body and mind with movement.
Class Schedule & Themes
Students discover and accept their individual selves through creative expression of yoga asanas and art. Find the way to control emotions and breath through meditation. Leading life with love and mindfulness.
Students utilize their made mala bracelet to meditate; learn how to perform yoga poses and create an at home practice; make connections to their emotions and chakras.
Represent themselves as calm, understanding and mindful individuals. Fuelling their body and mind with movement.
